MILESTONES
  • 2012: decision to carry out a major energy-related renovation of the existing Carrefour building.
  • 2013: appointment of the architect : M3 Architects.
  • 2014: remediation, dismantling and structural works.
  • 2015: decommissioning of technical facilities and dismantling of elevators.
  • 2015: structural and masonry adaptation and continuation of dismantling work (washed concrete façade elements, adaptation of the concrete structure and dismantling of frames).
  • 2015: start of sealing work and installation of new façade elements.
  • 2016: completion of the structural work, the finishing work, the technical installations as well as the façade.
  • 2016: first work acceptances.
  • 2016: signing of a lease agreement for half the building with Société Générale Bank & Trust.
  • 2017: finalisation of the works.
  • 2017: emaining space let to Banque de Luxembourg, M&G Luxembourg, Norton Rose Fulbright Luxembourg, NREP and Rockenbrod.
