- 2012: decision to carry out a major energy-related renovation of the existing Carrefour building
- 2013: appointment of the architect : M3 Architects
- 2014: remediation, dismantling and structural works
- 2015: decommissioning of technical facilities and dismantling of elevators
- 2015: structural and masonry adaptation and continuation of dismantling work (washed concrete façade elements, adaptation of the concrete structure and dismantling of frames)
- 2015: start of sealing work and installation of new façade elements
- 2016: completion of the structural work, the finishing work, the technical installations as well as the façade
- 2016: first work acceptances
- 2016: signing of a lease agreement for half the building with Société Générale Bank & Trust
