In the context of its sustainable investor policy, FDC has just approved an update of companies excluded for investment.

Observations and changes with regard to the previous exclusion list dated February 2023:

• Following 21 companies have been added as exclusions: 4iG Nyrt., Bolloré SE, Brookfield Renewable Partners LP, Cameco Corp., Compagnie de l'Odet SE, Compagnie du Cambodge SA, Daikin Industries Ltd., GCM Resources Plc, Huya Inc., La Forestière Équatoriale SA, McDonald's Corp., Rheinmetall AG, Saudi Aramco Base Oil Co., Siemens Energy AG, Socfinaf SA, Socfinasia SA, Société de Caoutchoucs de Grand-Bereby, Société Financière des Caoutchoucs SA, Stark Corp. Public Co. Ltd., The Okomu Oil Palm Co. Plc as well as Wockhardt Ltd.
• Excluded companies Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd. (India) and Mindtree Ltd. are now listed as LTI Mindtree Ltd.
• Excluded company Raytheon Technologies Corp. is now listed as RTX Corp.
• Following 7 companies are now listed on the observation list: Adani Enterprises Ltd., Adani Wilmar Ltd., MTN Group Ltd., MTN Nigeria Communications Plc, PG&E Corp., Scancom Plc as well as Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.
• Following 26 companies are no longer excluded: Aselsan Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, ATI Physical Therapy Inc., Brookfield Business Partners LP, Brookfield Corp., Carmat SA, CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc., CI&T Inc., Definitive Healthcare Corp., Dufry AG, Eureka Forbes Ltd., First Watch Restaurant Group Inc., Huneed Technologies, InPost SA, Hanwha Aerospace Co. Ltd., Hanwha Corp., Hanwha Systems Co. Ltd., Indostar Capital Finance Ltd., Kangmei Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., NCS Multistage Holdings Inc., Olaplex Holdings Inc., Satrec Initiative Co. Ltd., Sovos Brands Inc., Tata Communications Ltd., Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd., Titan Co. Ltd. as well as Tronic's Microsystems SA.
• Following 3 companies are no longer listed as reclassified as private companies and thus no longer included in FDC's allowed investment universe : Aerojet Rocketdyne Holding Inc., Cox & Kings Ltd. as well as Vozrozhdenie Bank PJSC.

In that way, 137 companies are currently excluded and ineligible for investment.
